What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please note that all bookings have a 48 hour cancellation policy
– any cancellations made within 48hours of the arrival day will incur a fee of the first night's accommodation. Please also note that a credit card will be held to confirm all bookings and this can be done via our website when making a booking, or over the phone.
Group Bookings of more than 3 rooms will follow a different booking policy and may require a deposit. Please make all Group Bookings via phone or email.

Our Superior King Studios.
These are the pick of the bunch, and the favourites for many. It's easy to see why - once you've stayed in one before. Make sure to specifically choose the Superior King when booking.
Are there any Card Fees?
All Credit Card / PayWave / Contactless Debit Card payments made in person, on site, have 0% fees.
If charges are processed online due to after hours check in, cancellation fees, damages, or because you've simply asked us to process payment for you, card fees are 2.9%.
We CANNOT process a STANDARD EFTPOS card without a chip.
We accept cash.
Do you have Corporate Rates?
We happily offer year round corporate rates to guests travelling for business, who also stay with us regularly*.

We are happy to set up a new customer in our system and invoice our corporates. Note that we have 14 day payment terms on all invoices.

Do you use Good to Book?
Yes, we are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers (STAPs) (‘GtoB database’).
If we find an entry with your name/names of guests booking with you at our accommodation on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond).
We may also upload information to the GtoB database if you cause damage or harm to us, our staff, guests or our property during your stay. Providing we are not negligent, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any consequence arising from the upload of information to the GtoB database by us.
Do you have Smart TVs?
We have installed brand NEW 65" Smart TV's in all rooms.
You can now stream, browse, game, and watch all your favourite programmes by casting from your phone or streaming shows online.
Sky TV has been removed however you can log into your own Sky account if you have one. Make sure you know your login!
Do your Rooms have Kitchens?
All our rooms have kitchens, including a fridge, stove top, microwave,toaster, kettle, along with crockery and cutlery basics to help you cook your away from home favourites.
Is there Parking?
Yes, each unit has one free allocated car park, however if you are travelling with a trailer or larger vehicle, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible, but you may need to park on the road side just outside our gate (also free).
Truck and Trailer Parking is easy and Free on Mead Ave.
Are there Ground Floor units?
Yes, all of our units are on the ground floor and have easy access into the unit, with car parking at the same or similar level to your door. In most cases you can unload your vehicle right outside your front door, however car parks are not specifically allocated.
Our units have no staircases or large steps.
Our showers have a small ankle height step into the shower, unless you book an accessible unit with an open tiled floor.
Do you take Group Bookings?
Yes, absolutely.
The best way to do this is to enquire via phone or email as our group booking policy will require a non-refundable deposit 30 days out from your arrival.
We love hosting groups, however it is a big commitment for both you and us so we like to make sure we get the details right.

Is it Cheaper to book through you, or on Booking.com or Expedia?
We will always offer the best rate to our direct bookers, whether booking on our website (Book Now button), over the phone, or via email.
We will always beat rates offered on third party sites/agents including Expedia, Booking.com, Wotif, Trip.com, Tripadvisor, etc. If you're seeing a better rate elsewhere, give us a call and if you can verify the rate we'll match it or do better.
Why did I receive a request for online Check in?
Quite often, we have guests who book through an Online Travel Agent. Lately, this has meant that we do not receive guest details required to be able to manage the booking properly.
Expedia only provides us with a guest name, omittiing a phone number. Booking.com only provides guest name and phone number, omitting your credit card details. This means we have no security for the booking, it also means we cannot communicate ahead of time if we need to arrange a late check in, an alternative check in process, or notify you of any changes unless you keep up with your OTA's messaging via the extranet, which can be tricky to do while you're busy working away from home, or having fun on holiday.
If you receive a request to check in you can either follow the prompts, or if you're nervous about the validity, please just give us a call and we can work alongside you to fill in the missing details. Thank you!

Excellent, warm and quiet motel. This is a great place to stay and doesn't get the vehicle noise places closer to local busy roads do. Hosts are awesome. They put frost cloth on my vehicle so in the morning I didn't have frosty windscreen to deal with. Ka pai.

A really nice and old fashioned honest motel with focus on the most important. The buildings may be a bit old, but the rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is small but convenient and contains everything you need. The bathroom and the bedroom are very spacious and with very good beds.
Everything was VERY clean - seldom you don’t feel the need to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The Motel is a small family business and the owners were very helpful in giving us advice about local places. ... ☕️
If you need a motel in this area we clearly recommend trying this little place. Situated next to a green area, the golf course and an area with many restaurants.
